Refunds and cancellations
Once an order has been placed the fee paid by the purchaser and In general there is no right of refund in the case of a purchaser wishing not to proceed with the service at any stage of the production of his or her CV, or any other service provided by CV Knowhow. However, should a client’s circumstances change and he or she no longer wish to proceed with our services, CV Knowhow will nevertheless consider a request for a refund, but will charge a fee for work already carried out, plus a nominal administration charge.
To cancel your contract, please notify us in writing within 7 day period of the transaction date.

We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price within 30 days of your cancellation. We require that the item(s) must be then be returned within a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the item(s) to you. Please ensure items are securely and carefully wrapped and we would strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We will not accept liability for damage or loss whilst items are in return transit. Any costs incurred in returning the item will be payable by you unless the item was delivered in error or was defective.
If you need to return a faulty or defective item (in the context of the services and products offered by CV Knowhow this is limited to discs / memory stick / memory dongle), please send it back to us at the above address, carefully and securely wrapped along with your name, address and a telephone number and the reason for the return. Once we have received the item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price and any delivery charges incurred in returning it.
